NEW YORK, August 03, 2012 -- Moody's Investors Service has assigned an underlying Ba2 rating and enhanced A1 rating to Hudson County Improvement Authority's (NJ) $14 million Town of Harrison - Secured Revenue Bonds, Series 2012. Concurrently, Moody's has revised Harrison's outlook to positive from stable and affirmed the town's long-term general obligation rating of Ba2, affecting $22.8 million of outstanding parity debt. The bonds are ultimately secured by the general obligation of the Town of Harrison with enhanced security provided by the New Jersey Qualified Bond Program. The enhanced rating carries a stable outlook. Proceeds will permanently finance the town's remaining Bond Anticipation Notes...
